I tailor my classes depending upon your personal needs—whether you’re just starting out; want to improve your existing Spanish; need to prepare for an exam; or have some other specific requirement.
You can book just on your own, or as a group (up to a maximum of eight people).
Currently I’m offering lessons online only. They feature genuine face-to-face learning and conversation, as well as homework tasks and feedback.
At the beginning of your first lesson, we go through some exercises to ascertain your Spanish level – it’s fine if you’re a complete beginner! Spanish language learning is structured into a series of levels, from A1 for beginners, up to C2 for advanced learners.
I normally set weekly homework (reading, writing, listening and oral activities), giving written feedback on it before the next class.
Lessons start with a quick homework review, and then continue with conversation and directed exercises – which include grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
Our topics of conversation are always taken from the real world, and can include current affairs, entertainment—or anything in which you have a specific interest.
Teaching materials include videos, press articles, websites, text books and online platforms.
